A review that is a touch late-
In April I ordered a c-belt from Nancy. Communication was smooth and quick. Time frame quite reasonable. Transfer of funds was smooth as well, she offers several option.
Having done a "couple" of purchases with different vendors, I was expecting to be told of a delay. I waited and waited for that email to come, but it never did. I decided (with some trepidation) NOT to contact her until after the agreed upon completion date.
The day arrived with no email. As I went about my day I hoped that I would hear from Nancy, but did not hold out too much hope. I have had and seen too many people lose their ability to communicate with customers. About mid afternoon, I received an email alert that Nancy had contacted me. Amusingly, it was to the hour that we had finalized the commission! Now, she was finished and it was ready to ship.
A couple of days later, I had it. It seems well constructed, and holds my cuisses well. I have not fought in them as I have not fought since receiving them, but I am confident that it will do well.
I will happily recommend Nancy for the c-belt as a product. I would definitely recommend her for her business practices. Quick and efficient in communication, held to her timeline, provides options in payment methods.
