I need to share my fantastic experience with http://www.weldedchainmail.com/ (Master Knuut/Gordon Osterstrom). I ordered a shirt of mail and discovered upon receiving it that I had made a mistake in my measurements causing it not to fit. Knuut had me send it back to him, made adjustments based on my new measurements and refused any additional payment I'd offered him. Then I made another mistake and it still didn't fit! Note; this was my mistake. Knuut helped me understand what I'd done wrong, had me send it back a second time and again refused to accept additional payment for his labor over my mistake! I received my coat of mail today and it is absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier. If I had gone with a "cheaper" armory I would very likely have just been out of luck. This is the exemplification of high end service and I can not recommended his product highly enough. You get what you pay for and the mail and service of Master Knuut is worth every penny.
