who's who now?

OK all, its been awhile. who's the Who in the munitions business now. is Johannes at windrose still the main awesome dealer for stuff like shield blanks? who do we all recommend?
Interested in a shield blank as well...
I'd prefer 7000 series because I want something relatively large, but will be using it as a punch. I've looked around some. Here's who I'm finding listing shields, but no idea who to go with.
Greycat (doesn't seem to offer 7000 series), Icefalcon, Illusion (also not listing 7000 series), Windrose (I could have sworn they offered 7000 series but can't find).
