For sale or trade Kyocera 6035 PDA/Cell Sprint

Post by Stephen »

I got this from a friend and I do not need one. It is used but in good working condition. Has battery charger, stylus, extra battery, and cable. I got this description off ebay and links to my pic site. I am looking for trade in armor or cash offer. Armor needed : maille skirt in 14 G to fit 38 to 40 waist and to go to mid thigh.

The Kyocera QCP 6035 smartphone is a CDMA digital wireless handset that combines the power of a Palm OS® based organizer with voice communications, text messaging, wireless e-mail and Internet access. With the Palm OS v.3.5 and 8MB of memory, the Kyocera smartphone supports thousands of applications written for the Palm OS platform. The Kyocera smartphone supports HTML browsers with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to provide security for confidential data, making the Kyocera smartphone a robust platform for enterprise applications. The Smartphone also supports Palm's Web Clipping applications and Palm OS based WAP browsers. In addition, users can access corporate or personal e-mail accounts using the integrated Eudora e-mail application. The Smartphone also acts as a wireless modem to provide data/fax capabilities for personal computers via the charging cradle or optional serial cable. Kyocera Smartphone users can choose either the speakerphone or a headset connected to the universal earphone jack to make simultaneous use of the phone and PDA functions. The convenient jog dial on the left side of the phone provides easy access to contacts, call history, phone settings, messages and voice memos. The Smartphone features voice-activated dialing and Speed Dial, as well as 15 audible ringer types plus a silent, vibrating alert. A unique SmartSound feature automatically adjusts the earpiece volume during a call based on surrounding noise levels. With the keypad open, the Smartphone displays the familiar Palm applications launcher, with additional Smart Keys™ for the Address Book, Date Book, Memo Pad and To-Do List. The convenient Tap 'n' Dial feature allows automatic dialing of contact numbers from the Address Book. HotSync® technology allows users to synchronize information between the Smartphone and a personal computer. The Smartphone also features an infrared (IR) data port at the top of the phone for rapid beaming of information to other IR-enabled devices. This unit is used, but only has a few small small scratches
