These are fully lined garments with a heavy velvet material and beautiful silver buttons. We have over $110 in materials alone in these cotes. They are available in a large range of colors and sizes.

They are very nice. A few questions, though. What year/area are you shooting for? Do you use "velveteen" or real velvet for these? Are the buttons cast? If so, of what? How about the stitching, machine or hand? What are they lined with? Thanks.

These are a proffesionally built garment. We have a tailor in the house that made them for me. The outer shell is cotton velvet. The lining, although NOT period; is a very comfortable suit lining. The cotes are a 14th century design. The buttons are a solid metal, although not real silver. The cotes button from top to bottom in front. The cotes were designed by an East Kingdom Costume Laurel.
I hope this helps.
