16 G mild helm for sale cheap

Post by Stephen »

What I have is a 16 G mild bascinet with a globose side hinged visor. It has a chin strap as well. Here is the catch folks. It is made for either a child or someone doing LARP. It is very short on a adult. When I wear it on my head my whole chin is exposed. It will fit up to a 23" head. It comes with a chinstrap, unpadded and with spots of surface rust free of charge! I do not remember where I got this or why but I am selling it for $30.00 plus shipping. I will put it to ebay in a few days if no one wants it here.
I say LARPERS because it has that kinda cool look to it but not for combat. I say kids because the price is right for the really cool halloween outfit topper.
I REALLY would not suggest anyone used this for any kind of combat except water balloon combat. :-)

If anyone can not get this pics let me know and I will email them to you.

I will give James the Lion till the end of today to email me like he said he would. In case he has to wait till he gets home from work this evening to email me about it. Rob Mayo (Archiver) emailled me at 3:01 pm and Ysende your email came in at 3:19 pm . I will offer the helm in order of when they came in. I think this way is the best. Thanks guys for your emails.

It looks pretty. :) It's also not SCA legal, but for $30, I wish I'd have seen it first. Plus it's legal for youth combat . . . Be the best looking kid on the field.
It's up to you now.
