This might not be too helpfull, but.....
Many of the former British Colonies, such as India have recently been upgrading their stock of weapons. I saw an ad in a Soldier of Fortune magazine for Brown Besses in great condition, being sold dirt cheap by an English company that had bought many of the weapons back.
I will keep my eyes open for you.
