15th C. Arming Doublet at Historic Enterprises

Post by Black Swan Designs »

Thanks for your patience folks, the arming doublets are now on the website-

Black Swan Designs 15th C. Arming Doublet

I'll be making these as ordered for the first bit of time, as I anticipate most initial orders will be for custom combinations of fabric/size/eyelet placement. I will stock some in the future, but that won't be until I get the orders filled first. I will try to get some to Rod and Gretchen for Lillies, but I can't promise that. I will try though. I will definately have some at Pennsic however.

These are available in size XXS (36" chest, 30" waist) to XXXL (50" chest, 44" waist)

Thanks!

Gwen,

Will it be possible to have a doublet like this made in party colours? Black and royal blue?

I want one- I will have to hold off on ordering until about August though, all my hobby money is spent until then on armour...

Cheers!

Shameless :bump: because I thoughtlessly posted this on a Friday afternoon, and I wanted to make sure it was seen.

Hey Guys,

This is da bomb if you have a harness or brigadine with arms...

The price is what some of the EU people are use to seeing out of Poland or some of the other former Soviet block countries for a like garment...except it's made here in the US of A and it's made to work with your armour...

Now the time to step up to the plate and get your order in...

Gwen makes nice stuff... I know, I've got a closet full.

Cheers,

DT
