Looking to purchase a few spear heads. They don't need to be uber-authentic, more just for 'looks' inside my camp.
Any ideas?

Have a word with Paul....

http://www.paul-binns-swords.co.uk/About%20Us.htm

Tell him exactly what you are after and what you are wanting them for , and I am sure Paul will be able to help you out very reasonably.

Hope that this helps.

Regards as ever,

Russ

I know some folks don't like Museum Replicas, but I just bought a servicable one from them, off the website. I'm using it to top a pole for my war standard.

You might find them cheaper elsewhere, but if you're looking for something fast and easy, try their site.

As gorgeous as they are Stephen, I won't be in the monetary market for them for a couple of weeks.
Thank you very much for the offer though, quite generous.

What I'd like to see is lance heads that fit a three quarter inch shaft but are only 3" long or so, and are leaf-shaped.

These are nice little spears, a friend has a five footer mounted on a one-inch shaft and it's a very quick weapon (he blunted it for reenactment). I'm sure it wouldn't be rocket science for Jim to trick one out with a 3/4" socket, plus he ships them as sharp as you like.

Kirby makes all kinds of spear styles, if you are interested. Although our websites shows most with decorated sockets, plain ones are available too.
