They'll be 14ga and 16" diameter with no handle or edge treatment just like the mild ones seen here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... %3AIT&rd=1

They'll probably be about $55-60

My stainless bosses haven't sold all that well on e-bay and I don't want to waste a big hunk of stainless if they're not going to sell. If you're interested please post here. Or if you want to be on the waiting list for them e-mail me madmattsarmory@yahoo.ca

Don't have any 18ga stainless yet.

If you want to send me some I'll make you a pair.

Seriously all I've got to use 18ga stainless for at the moment is greaves. Sheet of stainless is about $300 that's a lot of greaves before I recoup my investment. And the last pair I put up on e-bay (mild steel) didn't even sell. I've currently got about $1500 invested in materials at the moment. I want to use up some of that before I buy more.

As far as 18ga bucklers go I'm almost positive i'd tear a hole while dishing.

Without commiting myself to anything. I would like to see SS bucklers out there. Your price is not outside the range at least from Mandrake's mild steel perspective < consumer mind looking >. It will be a while before I can look into something like this myself though.

Cheers
