Rough from the Hammer/Truehearth MIA?

Is 'Rough from the Hammer' still around? I know it changed owners but I haven't heard much mentioned since that happened.
Also, what about Truehearth Armouries? I checked Master Carlo's site a week or so back and nothing,\; file not found. Anyone have info on these two?
