2nd set of leather spaulders for sale - SOLD-

I finished these up a while ago, but am just now getting around to listing them. They are made from 1/4" thick water hardened leather and have been coated with neutral shoe polish and then buffed for a bit of a shine. These are not perfect, so I will list some of the defects:
Just a few notes on this pair:
I did these a little differrently than the last pair by marking and drilling the holes in the pieces before they were shaped. What resulted was mis aligned holes, so some of the lames have extra holes drilled in them in an attempt to correct the wopper jawed - ness of the alignment.
When I was drying these in the oven, I layed the cop face down on the cookie sheet, and it ended up causing a flat spot in each cop, and also caused some light cracks in the middle of those spots (nothing deep, just surface).
And lastly, I had riveted the original straps to the bottom lame of one of the spaulders when I decided the hole alignment wasn't going to work. While attempting to cut the leather strap off, I accidentally sliced into the lame. The cut goes about 1/4 of the way into the thickness of the leather (the leather is 1/4" thick, so it's about 1/16" deep).
Improvements to these are I did a better dye job on them, I dyed the inside, I slicked the edges, I used thicker leather for the arm straps, and I made the buckle straps better than last time (last time the slot for the buckle was too big and the buckle slopped around inside the strap).
EDIT: These are $35 plus shipping.
Money back guarantee if you are not happy with them. Shipping to any of the 50 States will be $8.10 via Priority Mail Flat Rate, and I will cover tracking and insurance. Contact me for international shipping.
Let me know if you have any questions, or would like to see more pics.
Thanks,
Cat
