I just tried to set up an account on your wonderful website and ran in to a little snag. Your not set up to do APO adresses so my attempts keep getting bumped back. I bring this to your attention in this forum because there are a bunch of folks who live on base overseas who will want to purchase from you.

Yeah, I know. It's a gremlin the web people can't seem to find. :sad:

Thankfully, it's a dumb gremlin and pretty easy to bypass by entering a regular US street address in both the 'Ship to' and 'Bill to' spot. You can use our office address, your parent's or other relative's US address, etc.

Note in the Order Comments section of the order form that you have an APO address and want your order shipped to you at that address. Be sure to enter the entire APO address in the Order Comments section. Francena will adjust your invoice manually and send the order to your APO address.

We've done this countless times and it works just fine. If you have any concerns about it please feel free to email me and I'll personally follow your order through the process.

Most of those gremlins can be bypassed by putting in NY instead of AE if you are in Europe. That way the system recognizes the zipcode as a NY zip. Many years ago that was how the addressed worked over here anyway so all the zips were through NY. Also yes add that it is AE in the comments section.
