Hello Folks,

I have a pending order with Illusion Armoring. I think they may be having e-mail problems. I have thier old phone # before the move but do not have the new one. My e-mails have not been answered and I have a few basic questions about my harness order.

Thanks for those posts, but geeze, i am not sure if I am more at ease or more aggitated. I really don't care if i have to wait another year, i just want them to say so...I also have a huge deposit down and it is a little scary to see all the rest of the folks that do as well....if anyone from illusion can read this, just give us an update please!!!

Thought I would post it, in case anyone was also looking into this:

I heard back from Illusion today. They explained that they have been having a bunch of time delays due to relocating and getting the shop up and running.

They were very apologetic, and issued me a new delivery date. I was happy with the information they gave me, I do not plan on cancelling my order, even though they said I could do so.

I emailed them about a week ago about a new order, and they just got back to me today.

so they are definatly contactign peopple abotu new orders
