MDRF Booth For Sale

There is a booth for sale next to the joust field at the Maryland Renaissance Festival.
These are rare and wondrous as hen's teeth.
MDRF is the largest renfaire east of the Mississippi River and is ofter referred to as the best one in the the USA.
We typically do 20,000 patrons PER DAY. Imagine having the entire population of Pennsic stream past your booth after watching the jousts every single day.

THERE IS NO VENDOR OF COTTE ARMOR AT THIS FAIRE (that I know of).

You would stand to make a fortune$$$ IMHO.
They were asking $40K US.
