I recently bought a set of plumes from a gent on Ebay. He was so responsive to my request and so reasonable in his pricing that I thought I'd mention him. His name is Dave and his email is: mudpit@comcast.net
I got an awesome set of 4 purple and white ostrich feathers, shipped, for 6 bucks. Beat that with a rattan stick....
Just a plug for a decent merchant.
