I had occasion to order a couple pieces of butcher's mail from ringmesh.com for a project involving kote - Japanese arm armour. This requires fairly fine mail, and I didn't want to weave it myself this time.
I ordered 2 largish flat pieces of butcher's mail from ringmesh.com last Tues. (I think it was Tues.). Their site is set up well enough that I could find what I wanted, and order it. I paid via PayPal, which worked out well enough until PayPal died trying to transfer me back to ringmesh.com after paying. My email asking if there was any info that I might be missing because of this was answered prompty, and as it turns out, correctly.
I received an email confirming the order, one confirming payment, one saying that there would be an email when the items were shipped, and one saying that the items had shipped.
They shipped the items via USPS Priority Mail, which arrived on time.
The mail is as advertised. There's not much more to say about that, really.
So I'd rate the transaction as good. I'd order from them again if I had occasion to, and I'd probably recommend them to others.
