72 Super Beetle for sale in Charleston, WV. Runs great, has all original interior. Seats have newer seat covers on them. Has all four hubcaps, original one speaker AM radio and would make perfect body off restoration to original. Cruises nicely at about 70 MPH. Engine tuned up last year by local VW mechanic. Needs new tires. Sea blue interior and exterior. Except for the headliner and the carpet, and vinyl seat covers, the interior in remarkably good condition.

Check out car transport carriers. I know someone who had a car trucked door to door from California to NC for about $600.
ESPECIALLY going south to north or west to east, you can find a reasonable price (lots of use cars bought on auction and moved).

What kind of mileage does it get?

Guys I will try to post some photos later this evening.
Steve it gets about 28 to 35 miles to the gallon in warm weather. Cold weather is harder on Beetles and it goes down some there.

Wish I had the cash.
Super Beetles have a bettere suspension system than the earlier years (Mc Phearson strut system). Some were fuel injected (a system they shared with the Porche 914).
The other thing you should tell folks about is any rust in the wheel wells, floor pan or the battery pans. An easy fix (pretty cheap too) but a common issue with VW Beetles.
That is a killer price though... I've seen Super Beetles go for a LOT more without an engine....
