put them in a small room.

Put a small electric heater in there.

turn on high, close door, wait 1 week. :D

When the canvas and glue needs to dry I am taking them in the house, building a raging fire and drying them for real.

Sir Vitus,

I feel your pain, although at a less artistic level :)

Have you tried something like this? :

These little heaters have a nice airflow and are used for heating rooms, but because the heat is in moving airflow, they could make any small room into a drying chamber for you. They would circulate the warm air and dry them without risk of damaging them like a heat gun could. And it si surely more convenient than a hair dryer....

Just a thought,

Respectfully,

Whenever I need to dry a tent I put it in my attic for a week. It's dry as a bag of popcorn up there. Maybe something like that would work for you.

Right now they are sitting in the sun. They need to be as dry as possible for the next step- glue and canvas.
