I would like to take this time to say best of wishes to the OP, and I really like this forum. Most other forums I am on/have been on this thread would have been riddled with nothing but posts like the guys calling us all CSI-fan-retards.
Granted, there will always be exceptions to the rule, but in my experience, dumb soccer moms (gender has nothing to do with this, it's just a figure of speech) are not eccentric enough to be involved in our hobby. I have friends in law enforcement as well and I strongly concur with the overall feeling that most people have stated about one's chances of finding justice w/o a homocide involved. The last time my truck was broken into I didn't even bother calling the police. It saved both of us time. Besides, even if they had caught the guy, our wonderful legal system is so inept that during the short stay that the guy spent in jail, he'd get 3 full squares a day, full health care, tv, educational experiences.... I mean, I have worked up to 90 hours a week and I don't have health insurance. Shoot, maybe I should go to jail- but I can't figure out a sure fire way of actually getting apprehended without killing someone or being little Cuban refugee boy with an mp5 pointed at my head (remember that?).

It's just 6mm black closed cell foam that is held into the cop and the outline of the cop traced onto the foam. Then the excess foam was trimmed off with a pair of scissors. Use a razor blade to put slits every 3/8" from the center out to 1.5" in from the edge (this allows the foam to easily contour to the cop). Then spray glue, and press into place.
