Anyone have contact or experience with Hollow Earth Swordworks?

I have not received _any_ information for the last 7 weeks regarding an order for two wasters, despite repeated attempts via e-mail and phone. I just want to know what's up.

I own one of their chieftain's claymoores. It took a long time to get it to me (at least 10 weeks) and I had to call the shop twice in order to get some answers for an item that seemed to be advertised at the time as "in stock." I still use it for sparring/training and it is a good quality item but the communication was poor and timeliness was not good either. I did recommend them to a friend who ordered two custom length short swords and he received them in just 5 weeks. Again, poor communication.
