Leather is an imperfect medium. It is skin, and can have hidden flaws that I do not see or catch until too late. Normally this seems to happen during the waxing or post wax bake. Luckily this time I am not out the wax too. But that is about $60 to $70 of leather up in smoke. Almost literally. And there is nothing I can do about it. Except cry.
