Medieval Prymer(prayer book) product idea

I've had this idea for a while, I actually have done a couple prints of a latin version I did but I've wanted to do an English one. I have my own Caxton font and while I technically can print the pages myself on a laser printer it ends up being a lot of work.

So when I was looking a lulu.com I thought hey I could put it up there and they could print it and people could take it and put whatever kind of medieval or pseudo medieval binding on it. Unfortunately the size that would be optimal is only available in a perfect bind which is how most paperbacks are bound. A hard bound would be most optimal but is simply not available in that size.

Should I just try the perfect binding and see how it goes?

BTW here is what the font looks like. Its from Caxton's first typeface. From the first book I did.
