What parts your looking for in paticular.
dan over at irontreeworks.com

panther has some duch ovens and such also.
There are a number of people on the archive that can quote you a price for custom work if you can list dementions or a sketch of what your looking for or even a picture that you would like it based on.

Jas Townsend has a lot of stuff like that, but geared towards 18th and 19th century - better though than completely modern versions.

Wareham Forge (
http://www.warehamforge.ca/) owned by Master Sylard (Darrell Markewitz) in Ontario does some kickass stuff. He's really focused on viking era wares and has done some work for the Viking Encampments in Newfoundland.

You could try Clang. He does smithy work and could probably hook you up if he has the spare time.

Andrew,
You might like some stuff over at Golden Boar Armoury:
http://www.goldenboararmoury.com/
Check camp gear (
http://www.goldenboararmoury.com/id85.html) for tripods and such. My brother Jens made the camp items (tripod, poker, etc.). There are only a few things in stock but maybe you'll find something you like.
Hope that helps.

Never bought from them but the folks at Panther Pavilions have a selection too.
