Review: Otto's shield bosses

Ok,
I asked Otto to make me two shield bosses. 1 rough hammered and 1 rough hammered and fireblackened.
Speed of delivery: Phenomenal 10 days from purchase to delivery to APO
Product: Looks are exactly what I wanted, could have been dished a little deeper but will work as is.
Price: Super
Customer Service: outstanding, immediate response to my messages/email and stuff delivered as promised. couldn't ask for more.
Would do business with him again if/when I am in the market again.
