For Sale: Replica German Gold Ducats (1378-1415-ish)

Post by Jehan de Pelham »

I have a lot of fifty replica German Gold Ducats minted by Jobst, Margrave of Moravia, late 14th century/early 15th century.

These are done in bright brass, and are 21mm wide.

I will let the lot go for $200, or 25 for $100.

EDIT: I have fifty in stock now.

Those are very nice, any thought of smaller quantities? 5 or 10's maybe?

I have opinions of my own- strong opinions- but I don't always agree with them.

10 for $50.

5 for $30.

I am trying to raise some cash to buy a 1975 Nova. Your largesse is appreciated!

PayPal payments to jwmcfarlin @ adelphia.net. List "Jobst Gold Ducat" in the notes with your address and how many.

Rats! He who hesitates is lost. (It's just as well, I really shouldn't be buying more toys right now.) Any plans for more contemporary Imperial monies of lesser value as well?

I do. I have plans for a penny coin from the civic money of Metz, and a Gros Tournois or WeiBpfennig (a Groat) coin of Aachen, both from the mid to late 14th Century.

I also have a mid 14th century Ducat that I'll post photos of soon.

Since these went so quickly, I thought you might like to have a shot at having some more.

I have fifty in stock right now. Same conditions as listed.

Thanks for your consideration!
