My neck is 17 inches around and there are holes on either side of the buckle to make it smaller or larger

Also have an interest in the breastplate but how long is it? you're about 2.5 inches taller than I but if it's workable I'd be seriously pondering buy it now and be done with it

The rust is not a problem at all, just a small patch of surface rust.

from the base to the neck is 19 inchs.
