Can anyone pick this up and take to Gulf Wars?

Hi, there is a piece of equipment in Kennard TX that Stonekeep has offered to let me have. I have someone who can pick it up at Gulf Wars and bring it to me, if someone can get it to Gulf Wars. It weighs about 150 pounds and there is a picture of it below. There will also be a box of attachments. I am willing to compensate you with cash or armor if you can do this for me.
