Good work tool some signs of use the piviot bolt is the best substatute I could find at the local hardware and is secured with a lock nut. The yellow cushion grip on the lower handle started to split at some point and is taped up by what looks like masking tap.
The punch sizes are 3/32 1/8 5/35 3/16 7/32 1/4 9/32

The retaining screw for the depth stop is also missing but it should be easy to replace at a larger hardware store.
