I ordered a gambeson from him, communications, price, customer service and product were all exceptional. I am planning on ordering a pair of sabatons from him when finances improve. Alexander is helpful, friendly and genuinely concerned with delivering a nice prtoduct at a nice price with quick turn-arounds.
