Fresh from the forge. Taking advantage of having a friends forge in my shop. All work done by me, forged and heat treated in a charcoal forge. Very sturdy little knife. This makes about my sixth forged knife (have done some all stock removal blades previously), so there are some subtle things that could be improved on. There is a subtle wave in the edge left form forging to shape, that I missed until to late to fix (you have to look sight down the edge to tell). Its not based off any particular original, but does follow basic medieval designs.

Blade is heat treated O-1 forged from 1/2in diam round stock.
Distal tapers from butt(approx 3/8" thick) to tip.
Little over 7in over all with 3 1/4" blade.
Bronze pins through Maple handle (looks like Maple but someone mixed my woods together).
Hardened leather scabbard.

Con US shipping included
Opening bid $40
auction of end Sunday 8pm pacific.
