small head ?

I have a customer with a pretty small head, worried I would not nail the size I decided to should make a backup.
Well all it is now is a mild steel conical top that measures 21 3/4 inches with 1/2 inch of padding in it.
It could become a variery of helmets at this point.
So if you got a lil noggin and need a hat drop me a note
