Paracord.
Where to buy and approximately how much? I have Torvaldr plates. Iâ€™m average size and want to make a vest with extended thigh protection.

I buy it off ebay, and a single 100-foot pack in your choice of 17 dozen different available colors for under $10 should suffice.

Another option if you want more than black, white, tan, or olive (the colors commonly found in Army-Navy stores).
