Yali_MacNeil Merchant Review--A+

Post by talaananthes »

So I just received the inkle woven trim I ordered today (delayed due to my own delay and indecision about which address to have it sent to), and I'm completely satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

Merchant is highly recommended, and you're not likely to find actual hand-made, period-style trim at a lower price.

Well thank you, I appreciate the good review and I am pleased you like the trim.

I will have to admit that this was my first sale online and your speed to reply and tolerance on my lack of online knowledge was appreciated.

It is nice to have one hobby, fiber art, paying for another, Heavy combat.

Copied from a PM I sent both of them:

Hi guys,

So I posted a review for Bellringer's trim . . . and I just realized I got the name wrong, that I meant Yali. I'm really sorry, it's my finals week and I am completely screwed up on caffeine and stress and lack of sleep from writing 40 pages of papers since Monday, and I think I got thrown off by the fact that her email address is very slightly similar to Bellringer.

So, I just wanted to apologize for the mistake, and hope that all the nice things I meant to say about Yali are true about Bellringer as well, but I'm going to change the name because otherwise it wouldn't exactly be fair.

Thanks and sorry for my mistake,

Oisin

Opps I was a little confused when I did not recognize your name. But I thought I would play along anyway. It is all good.
