Ordered a C-belt a while ago from pitbull.

Quality 5 what I expected it to be. Good leather good buckles etc. I had given a "Short measurement" on my gut so it was a little small but I was provided with a spacer to adjust the girth.

Price was competitive with what was out there already. No complaints.

Communication.. 2 And here in lies the issue. When I ordered it I was told "Will be shipped on Monday" Thursday that week it was confirmed it was shipped. Fact of the matter it was shipped about 2 weeks later. Now, Had I been told it would have to be made then shipped, I would have not had a single problem what so ever. Or "Hey I'm backed up pretty good I'll mail it soon" But this was not the case.

Hi there, Thank you for the review. (I didnt request one though, that would be tacky)
All my custom fit items have to be made first then shipped, I thought that would be obvious. Its true I dropped the ball a bit on the comunication, I told Angus Id get back to him with tracking info and forgot to do it before I left town. His order sat in my shop while I was gone. Thats why I offered him a full refund for any reason, that included return shipping. Overall it took him about 3 weeks to get his belt. Im glad you liked the belt and im sorry it took so long. Let me know if you need any more straps Ill send them free, Thank you for your business.
