boots for a varangian guard

10th century rus viking working as a varangian guard. anyone have any leads on documentable boots(preferably calf height or so)

oof I'd have to do some digging for proof but i know from research ive done for essays and classes and shit that generally vikings wore more of a just above the ankle boot. then if they had leg protection if any it would be splinted greaves. If they were say part of the vargangian guard then theyd most likely have a cloth or leather shoe much like the vikings with a splint riveted lower leg protection itd be riveted on cuir bouilli leather.

Closest I found was the "Baltic Boot" that Bohemond sells. Not 100% documentable, but pretty close.

There are some boot finds from the 10th century none are quite so tall as the fictional sea boots. Here is a historic boot from Hedeby in the 10th c:
