I am interested in finding more info and/or analysis of the Visby finds. I am specifically interested in the body arour #22 (I think that is the correct designation). I am hoping to looking through Thordemans' book soon, but I am curious if there are any other resources out there. I have not had much luck with my google fu

Should I assume that the answer is no?

Thordeman's book is the definitive study. There may be some other books out there, but I would start with Thordeman and see if you have any questions afterwards.

Of course that doesn't help you with the pair of plates. Thordeman is detailed in his explanation of the finds. Armor #22 is at least fairly intact in it's original position, still being worn by the poor fellow thrown into the grave.

What information in particular are you looking for?

Most of the armour in the mass graves (if not all of it) belonged to the peasant army, and not to professional soldiers.
The soldier to the left is what is expected the main part of the Danish army looked like, and to the right is a Visby soldier (from the museum at Visby)

This can be compared to the battle wounds from the mass graves. Only picture I could find on #22

There are a number of photographs and line drawings in the book, as well as detailed, plate-by-plate descriptions. Not everything's available online.
