Julie,
we're in the same boat there... In context and complex (ie. interdisciplinary, from all sides of the sources of material culture research)investigations... Thanks for the clarification.

Hi Harold. PLEASE stop posting anymore comments on this topic, until after this Sunday, when you have located the supporting documentation you referred to. Then either post it here or post that it turned out not to support your position after all. Thank you.

So... did the documentation regarding female armorers ever make it's way into your hands? Not trying to sound rude, just interested if it really happened or not...

Heh the librarian is ruffling through the state archive now. They said it would be better for the librarian to do it and not i for there is 2 rooms wall to wall with papers. Over half of those papers are authentic from the 18th and 19th centuries Image

Bof! one statement and a few questions...

The 18th and 19th century are most certainly not medieval europe.

What is the name of this Guild, and is it international, state, local etc.

Last time I required hard to find documentation from a historian/librarian there was a rather steep hourly fee for research costs, please explain how you are avoiding this.

or ya know, a "sorry guys, you've ripped me apart, I don't have documentation" would suffice

Little Bear,

Many of us are still waiting for the information. When will you be able to get it? This would be a really cool thing.

Bump. This topic started an interesting conversation between my roommate and I and I'd like to see more information.
