Jim's blade

Post by Krag »

Here's Jim's blade for Regia. The blade is based off one in my collection and is a rat-tail tang on a solid wood handle.

It will be on the seax blades. Stars seem to be a common item damascened and imprinted in this style blade. I was thinking of Orion's belt when I did the first one. I thought it came out nice in that it added a touch of flair without being gaudy. It looked better than my usual stamp or a big "KRAG" stamped across it!

Looks really, really good. I hope that a 9 incher will find my pocket one of these days, especially if the saex was made by you...
