Medieval Music

Post by Sevrin le Sanguine »

I compose electronic music, and I would like to arrange some medieval pieces in an electronica format.

If anyone could point me to a source of medieval music recordings, be it on mp3.com, and FTP site, or whatever, I'd be grateful.

I have some older, "techno" style music up at http://raza.suso.org if you are exceptionally bored and would like to check it out.

A quick google search should give you a wealth of sources. Here's one:

Thank you for the link. These are MIDI files, which are useful to me.

I was specifically looking for sites that people really liked, thus increasing my chances of learning about great artists, and reducing the Googleplex factor.
