This is an Atzinger ballock dagger with semi-precious seed pearls set in the handle. Enjoy.

Thank you. I now have to clean the A&W Cream Soda from my laptop, computer desk, cellphone, mouse, and air conditioner. Also, did you know that that stuff burns when expelled nasally?
