SVG\Inkscape Design Work?

All (but presumably, effingham in particular),

I'm looking for someone to draft a scalable vector graphics file of a coat of arms for me. Preferably, I'd like the design mapped onto a standard "heater" coat-of-arms shape, as well as a teardrop, but that's not necessary.

The idea is to have an avatar that can scale up to stencil-size, but i largely lack the inkscape-fu to do this properly.

What are you looking for design wise? I may the components already done in vector.
