and a not so svelt 256.

Would like to get back down to where I was when fighting 3 times a week, around 218=220.

Of course when I started (this last time anyway) I was 305.

I will be 32 years old in about two weeks.

I fight SCA rattan (have been doing so off and on for almost 14 years) and occasionally dabble in WMA.

I fight all weapon styles except two-weapon because that would make baby Jesus cry. Preference runs toward spear (6' or 9').

Cool, but no rush, I don't graduate until the Mayan calendar runs down.

If you've got time, there's an exhibition event sunday, Sept 27. I want to say it's 'Bard in Bellefonte' but the data I see doesn't match what I remember from meetings.
Anyway, fighter practice is going to happen there instead of on campus.

fighting around 5 years off and on. Id say maybe 3 years if you totaled it all up. (Edit: Based on my signup date on the archive, i would put it closer to 2.5 years)

Order of the Ashleaf (OAL) - fighting award from the West

In order of preference, i fight slashing spear, bastard sword, pole arm, sword and shield. I am proficient in LE defensive tactics/control and custody and i have some WMA training. Currently learning Olympic fencing though still quite new at it.

Interesting post, i look forward to the data when its complied.

rattan - authed in all weapons forms, competent in most but prefer sword & shield and pole.

fencing - about once a year, single, rigid parry, dagger & schlaeger not so good with any of them but they can be fun to screw around with

only combat related award is Golden Alce - AOA level award for marshal prowess

Authorized last day you could in June before Pennsic 25 so 13 plus years, but real life, career and being landed Baron for three years took a lot of practice and tourney fighting time out of those years.
