Henry's Auction #2: Red Pourpoint
So it's the end of fall semester, and financially, I'm feeling a bit of a pinch. But if you want the pictured item, this is, for you, a good thing. All auctions will end Wednesday, November 18 at 5:00 PM, as this is when I get out of classes. I take checks, but prefer Paypal.
The pictured item is a red linen pourpoint made for holding up leg armour. It was never sweated in as I was saving it for high-end presentation use only, and then changed my leg armour to make it unnecessary. It functions beautifully, however. It is solidly built and breathes beautifully. 3 layers of linen with reinforced patches around the points. My chest size is 40", waist is 34", and I would not want it any bigger- it would probably fit someone a few inches bigger on either measurement just as well, and work for someone bigger than that, although it may look a little silly.
Practically brand new, well built, and the opening bid is $30, plus shipping. Go nuts.

Oh my god, I think it might fit me and I want to start pointing my leg armour. Henry, can I ask how tall you are?
Also, I can't see the arming points in the photo. How many are there and where are they located? Or do they still need to be sewn in?
Bid $35
Thanks

To answer the height question, I'm 5' 11". There are four sets of arming points, each reinforced with what appears to be a jump ring stitched down. They're closer to the sides of the garment... I thought I could see one in the picture. I believe the design idea was to spread the weight between the front and the back of the garment a tad more than some designs.
