FS Welded chainmail mesh front piece

Post by Charles Alexander »

Anyone interested in welded maille mesh?

I have a butcher's vest here, in great shape, no missing links. It's large enough to cover an entire front torso from the chest down to the knees. Roughly 40 inches top to bottom, and 32 from side to side.

Can be worn as a sleeveless half hauberk, or there's more than enough to make a maille skirt.

It is made from stainless rings, 24 gauge 3/32 in size. The strongest mesh available, and also the tightest. A fork prong will not go through....

I'll let it go for $75. If you pay by Saturday, I'll cover shipping.

Thanks

Can be cut into voiders, etc. depending on your kit, can be used to look like a hauberk too.

Hay Charles. I got that smaller piece a while back and I'm interested in getting some more.
