I have one of these, used.

It's pretty much indestructable, so I guess condition is used but with like-new functionality. I does have some duct tape funk on it.

Does 35 dollars shipped to CONUS sound fair?

Send the money as 'personal gift' or something else along those lines, and paypal won't take their 6%.
