Armor and Castings Review - Finger Guantlets

I ordered a pair of the AnC Finger Guantlets with the SCA fingers and got them the friday before Gulf Wars. here is the first review of them.

1. ordering was easy. i wish i could have been charged for the upgrade to the SCA fingers at the same time as the guants, but all in all no biggie.

2. shipping- i was kept informed as to the status and they shipped quickly and came through customs with ease.

3. fit- fit was good if a little tight (expected for new armor) not sure i like the lined gloves, but then again i live in florida.

4. articulation- is stiff past the first knuckle, the thumbs are placed about .5 inches to far to the inside and make gripping impossible. i will have to grind the rivet off and move the thumbs out. the thumb joint is solid and doesn't bend.

all in all i would give them a 7 of 10. i will see how much that improves once i make the mods to them. nice guys, good service, good communication, like i said 7 of 10 on the hands.
