Books/info on a Pas?

Books/info on a Pas?
Is there a definitive works, either in print on online, that I can use to learn more about pas d'armes? I know a bit about them, and get the general idea, but I'd like to research it more. Even well-written fictitious accounts would be interesting, if that makes sense.
