Price question ref aluminum welds

I have a BMHD aluminum spun round shield, and I want to get 4 tabs about 3" high and 4-6" long welded to the rim at the point of the compass. Whats a ball park price I should expect to pay ?
Where can I get the extra aluminum tabs ?

The weld joint and the area around it will be annealed by the welding. You will probably have better luck riveting the tabs in place.

Rivets are good and period.
