I go through boot camp and come back to find that Forth is out of business and Historical Enterprises no longer carries loose rings... hell.
Is there any place left where I can get loose rings for wedge riveted maille? I'm going back to MOS school soon and have a long wait before my classes pick up, so I wanted to make a haubergeon for my newborn son to wear in a couple of months. Gotta start him on the armour early.
holy crap, what happened to the maille?

Have you dropped them a mail to check. If they haven't then I can help you out with that one. We are based in the UK so the shipping cost may be a problem depending on how many you are after. 9mm Wedge in mild steel or Brass for that extra WOW.

I got my wedge riveted loose links from Historic Enterprises only a few months ago. The links and the knitted maile are sourced out of India and come in bulk shipments only a few times a year. If you can be patient call Jeff and I'm certain he'll hook you up on the next shipment. I can't see him discontinuing the line as he recently said he was about to start carrying them in BRASS. (which I am waiting for patiently.
IceFalcon does NOT carry wedge-riveted. He posted here that he was considering it and later posted that he had decided not to take business away from Jeff and Gwen... The unwritten statement was that Jeff wouldn't try cutting into his pin-riveted business either. It's better to let the two products differentiate each other. You wouldn't order Pepsi from a Coke distributor would you?
